I’m a self-taught artist specialising in detailed pet and family portraits, created primarily in graphite.

I discovered my ability to draw unexpectedly in 2020, after having to step away from my nursing degree due to heart conditions. Becoming chronically ill and losing the career I had worked towards was an incredibly difficult time, and art became a way for me to process and express the emotions that often remain unseen when living with an invisible illness.

What began as a personal outlet quickly evolved when I received my first commission just one week later, drawing a beloved dog. With every commission, my skills continued to grow, shaping the artist I am today.

Alongside portrait work, I also explore fantasy artwork, and I’m currently developing my coloured pencil techniques through wildlife studies. I look forward to opening coloured pencil commissions in 2026 as I continue to expand my practice.
