Prints are currently open edition, but limited editions may be introduced in the future.

International delivery: up to 3–4 weeks depending on destination and customs

Staedtler Mars Lumograph graphite pencils

Do you accept international orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I accept commissions and orders worldwide.

International shipping will include a £10 additional shipping fee for commissions shipped outside the UK. You will also be responsible for any customs fees when your artwork arrives in your country.

Prints are packaged flat in a “Do Not Bend” envelope
Originals and commissions are packaged flat in a high-quality presentation box
Artwork is placed on backing board
Protected in a sleeve
Wrapped in tissue paper

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Are artworks signed or certified?

Yes, all artworks, including prints, are signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Can I request updates during my commission?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I will always provide an initial outline for approval before continuing.

After that, you can choose:
Regular progress updates
Or updates only when the artwork is completed

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, changes can be made before dispatch.

Address changes are allowed before posting
Print sizes can be changed before dispatch (price difference applies)
For commissions, reference photos and sizes can be changed before work begins (price difference may apply). Once work has started on your commission, changes cannot be made other than a change to your delivery address.

How do payments work?

Bank transfer

A 30% deposit is required for commissions to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before dispatch.

When is the final payment due for commissions?

The final invoice is issued once the artwork is completed and approved.

Dispatch will only occur once full payment has been received.

Can I cancel a commission?

Commissions may be cancelled before work begins
Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable
No refunds are available once the artwork has been completed

Gift packaging is not currently offered, however, commissions come wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon and packaged in a presentation box

Gift messages can be included
Orders can be shipped directly to a recipient (a £10 shipping fee applies for international recipient deliveries)

All artwork is sold unframed unless otherwise requested.

Framing can be discussed individually and priced separately.
