These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Leanne C Portrait Art via www.leannessketches.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Information

 

All artwork is created and sold by Leanne C Portrait Art. I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders.

Products

I sell:

• Original artwork

• Art prints

• Commissioned/custom artwork

​

All items are accurately described and photographed; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of artwork and differences in screen displays.

Orders & Payment

 

For commissioned artwork:

​

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion and before the artwork is dispatched.

​

For prints and original artwork:

​

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

​

Ownership of commissioned artwork remains with Leanne C Portrait Art until full payment has been received.

​

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

​

Commissions

 

Commissioned artwork is created specifically to customer requirements.

​

• Customers may cancel a commission before work has begun for a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Once work has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

• Reasonable minor revisions are included during the creative process.

• Major changes requested after work has begun may incur additional charges.

• ​

Final approval will be requested before dispatch.

Shipping

I aim to dispatch orders within stated timeframes, but delivery times are estimates only.

​

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery & Risk

 

I use tracked and reliable postal services where possible.

Responsibility for goods remains with Leanne C Portrait Art until the item has been delivered to the customer. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.#

Purchasing artwork does not grant any rights to:

• Reproduce

• Copy

• Resell as prints or digital products

• Use commercially

• Mint NFTs

• Use for AI training or machine learning datasets

Any unauthorised use of artwork is strictly prohibited.

Liability

 

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of my products, to the extent permitted by law.
